SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. What are the shipping charges?

We have a flat $10 shipping charge for standard delivery Australia wide.

 

2. Can I use express shipping?

Yes you can. We use Australia Post express parcel satchels for express post. There is a flat $15 fee for this (up to 3kg).

 

3. When will I receive my order?

All stock will be dispatched within 1 business day. For metro cities, delivery will be 2-5 days. Some regional areas may take longer.

 

4. Do I need to be home to receive/sign for my order?

If there is a safe location to leave your parcel, Auspost will leave it unattended. If the driver does not feel it is safe to leave, you will receive notification and the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. We do not recommend leaving parcels of high value unattended.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally but please contact our customer service team at hello@wickedsista.com to see if we have any stockists in your country.

 

6. What do I do if I want to return a product?

If you have a change of mind return, we will be happy to credit your account with the cost price of the product. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them and must be returned at your own cost. Items must also be in perfect condition and packaging must have remained intact. In order to process your return, you must contact us at hello@wickedsista.com first, and you will be told where to send the product to.

 

7. What do I do if a product is faulty?

We always ensure our products are of the highest standard, but sometimes an item can be faulty. If this happens, please email us a description/photos of the faulty product to hello@wickedsista.com. We will endeavour to replace the item.

 

8. Can I return my product to a store?

Unfortunately not. If a product needs to be returned, you need to send it back to our head office.
