FAQS: ORDERING

1. How will I know if my order is received?

You will receive email notification that your order has been received.

 

2. What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email notifying you and you can choose if you would like a similar item or a refund.

 

3. Can I cancel/change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it can not be changed or cancelled.

 

4. I can’t seem to process my online order.

5. Why am I being charged shipping after my discount has been applied?

If your order is under $80 after you have applied the discount you will be charged shipping as your total order has become less than the required $80 for free shipping. The free shipping offer applies to the total value of your order after any discounts.
